How do I sign up to receive Freehand Scraps monthly?
When you go to purchase a kit, you will then have the choice to order just one kit or add several to your cart. We suggest you look carefully at the kit contents because all sales are final.
When will the kits go on sale?
The kits will be for sale on the 1st of the month. There will be previews of the kit on the blog prior to the 1st of the month. The kits will go live at 8:00 am CST.
What forms of payment does Freehand Scraps accept?
We accept payments through Paypal. You can set up an account with them at www.paypal.com or use an existing account to purchase kits. Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards.
When does Freehand Scraps ship kits and what are the shipping charges?
Kits purchased the 1st through the 5th will be shipped on the 7th of the month, or by the next business day. Orders placed after the 5th will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. We use United States Postal Services Priority Mail. The shipping rate is $8.00 for one kit, and $1.50 for each additional kit with your original purchase. Rates are for shipping inside the continental US. We are happy to ship outside of the continental US. Please email Heidi at

What if my kit arrives damaged?
We will work tirelessly to prevent this from happening. However should you have damage to a kit please email us right away at
heidi@freehandscraps.com. We will arrange for you to return the kit and it will be replaced.
How do I change my billing and shipping information?
Changes to you billing information must be done through your Paypal account. You can change your address with Freehand Scraps by emailing us at
heidi@freehandscraps.com.
