How do I sign up to receive Freehand Scraps monthly?
When you go to purchase a kit, you will then have the choice to order just one kit, or purchase a subscription. We suggest you look carefully at the kits contents because all sales are final.

What does a subscription to Freehand Scraps consist of?
You can purchase one kit for $29.50 + S&H, or you can choose to purchase a 3 month subscription for $27.50 + S&H. When you sign up for a subscription, you are agreeing to buy 3 consecutive months of kits. If our kits are sold out for the month, you can email us to be put on the waitlist for the following month. There are a few restrictions, so contact us if you have questions.

When will the kits go on sale?
The kits will be for sale on the 1st of the month. There will be previews of the kit on the blog prior to the 1st of the month. The kits will go live at 8:00 am CST.

What forms of payment does Freehand Scraps accept?
We accept payments through Paypal. You can set up an account with them at www.paypal.com or use an existing account to purchase kits. Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards.

When will I be billed?
If you have a subscription, you will be charged through PayPal at that time, and then again on that same day of the month until your subscription is completed. For example, if you signed up on July 19th, you would automatically be charged again through PayPal on August 19th and then again on September 19th. You don't need to do anything further once you have signed up initially. You will receive a notice by email when your subscription is complete so that you have the opportunity to sign up again the following month for another subscription, guaranteeing you a kit. If you decide to make a one-time purchase you will be charged when you place the order.

When does Freehand Scraps ship kits and what are the shipping charges?
Kits purchased the 1st through the 5th will be shipped on the 7th of the month, or by the next business day. Orders placed after the 5th will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. We use United States Postal Services Priority Mail. The shipping rate is $7.00 for one kit, and $1.50 for each additional kit with your original purchase. Rates are for shipping inside the continental US. We are happy to ship outside of the continental US. Please email Heidi at heidi@freehandscraps.com for a shipping quote.

What if my kit arrives damaged?
We will work tirelessly to prevent this from happening. However should you have damage to a kit please email us right away at heidi@freehandscraps.com. We will arrange for you to return the kit and it will be replaced. If that kit is no longer available we will either extend your membership one month, or send you our next month’s kit.

How do I change my billing and shipping information?
Changes to you billing information must be done through your Paypal account. You can change your address with Freehand Scraps by emailing us at heidi@freehandscraps.com.

Can I cancel my subscription to Freehand Scraps?
If you have a subscription and wish to cancel before the 3 months is over, you will need to contact us before the 10th of the previous month you want to cancel. (If you want to cancel your March kit, you would need to contact us before February 10th to do so.) There will be a $15.00 cancellation fee assessed at that time.
